A Haiku Inspired Year 12/16/2011

1:

inside and outside
blankets
one warms – one freezes

2:

rustling the surface
roots yawn
turning

3:

thirst for Spring
drink the dew
prostrate ~

4:

green again!
worms work…
giggling

5:

hope is planted…
head and heart /
weeding ~

6:

paradise warms
by noon…
blooming

7:

glimpsing fruition
plucking cycles
crisp !

8:

upon us
golden light
investing ~

9:

baskets full
the wells are low
change strikes ~

10:

ready?
frost whispers…

11:

silence seasons
resilience

12:

only deer moves
through the window
gazing
